Omar Ghazal is a Jordanian architectural trainee who has recently completed his diploma at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. He is centrally interested in the way that social frames dictate mass perception of people and events resulting in an architecture that challenges conventional frames of reference. His final year project was The Frame House, which is a reimagining of the Scout Association’s involvement in the Festival of Britain. The project proposes a scouting park that houses a variety of events promoting progress and hope through an intermingling of present-day and historical social contexts.
