Originally from Houston, Texas, Faith became the first female disc jockey (Bunny Taylor) on Houston’s Super Rock station 104.1 KRBE in the late 1970’s. Remarkable for two reasons…it was a male dominated field and she had no formal training in broadcasting yet landed a job against seasoned veterans in America’s 4th largest market.

After leaving her radio career to raise her two children, Faith moved to Bakersfield, California where…several years later she discovered her ability to paint. Initially working commissions in private homes, she went on to dominate the local corporate and residential market as a muralist, custom interior painting specialist, color consultant and fine artist. Remarkable for many reasons…one being she had absolutely no formal training in art!

Currently concentrating specifically on canvases, Faith paints daily in her studio in South Pasadena, California. Her affection for Southern California is evident in her highly textured, rich surfaces she creates from both oils and acrylics. Combining her love for the tactile world along with her gift for abstraction…Faith is attracting attention for doing what comes naturally to her. Creating magic…with no formal training.
