Laura Bushell

Laura Bushell is an an artist and writer living and working in London, sometimes all at the same time. As an artist, she works mainly in video but draws on photography, painting, drawing and etching to explore the de- and reconstruction of the image. As a writer, Laura has regularly written on cinema and video art since 2000 for publications including Little White Lies, NME, Total Film, Screen International, and the BBC. She is also a screenwriter with a project in development at Dan Films.
