A healthy dose of eroticism permeates the work of Miss H of California, whether as a writer, photographer, artist, or model.

Embracing life and its positive, sometimes darker energies is her work which includes the idealization of the human body, fantasy creation, and playing with self-concept and its possibilities.

Paying her respects to the great Miss Bettie Page, Miss H of California as a model creates scenes of sensuality using different personas in an adult version of dress-up.  Although self-portraits dominate most of her modeling career, Miss H of California works with other photographers as well in the quest for images that inspire and address the senses.

Her non-fiction writing involves themes that deal with true life, politics, and the reporting of injustices in the hopes of improving society.

Her fashion photography is driven by the class and sophistication of the 1930s and 40s as well as the fashion photography of Dolce & Gabbana and early Calvin Klein.

Miss H of California continues writing non-fiction for editorial publication, self-portraiture, and fashion photography as well as whatever creative outlet her energy finds.

Miss H of California salutes those who dare to be their real self.
