My image won't display - what should I do?
There may be a problem with the file you uploaded. Remove the image and try again, or use a different copy you have stored on your computer. If you are still having trouble please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the image as an attachment to us.
My image won't upload! What's wrong?
Our system only supports jpg, png and gif files. Check that your image is in the right format.
If it meets our requirements and still isn't uploading, please contact us at email@example.com. Include the image as an attachment to us.
I clicked on "view fullscreen" and it isn't working--what's wrong?
Make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser. We find that ArtSlant works best with Google Chrome, Safari, or IE. Each browser has slight differences. If you are still having problems with the fullscreen view please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email specify which browser and OS you use.
I'm trying to add new images to my slideshow, but the only option it gives me is to Change my images. How do I add new images?
Click on add and edit images in the MANAGE/CHANGE box on the right side of the display, then click on the link that says click to add new image. The add image form will open. Browse for a new image from your computer and click on Open. Complete the rest of the image caption information. Click on Save.
The website will be permanently closed shortly, so please retrieve any content you wish to save.
