DESCRIPTION

Walking along the path of our lives, whether with or without awareness, we ourselves slowly collect the stories of others happening around us, and eventually those become parts of us. Other people's stories have become part of our stories and transformed to the way we want to interpret them. From a found object that suggested a new constructive form to a new material that manipulate one's working process, from an everyday life commercial product that provoke a philosophical thought behind it to a story of a stranger all a sudden become so close to us, from reflecting the relationship between the individual to the society to revealing the personal emotion and issue of gender equality ... the exhibition "Mind Street" presents five different visual stories of that process, where each artist from different places on their traveling paths had collected and create their own weaving patterns.
