What to expect
Art Basel's reputation for showing work of the highest quality has attracted the leading international gallerists and collectors, offering visitors the annual opportunity to see exceptional artworks of every type. The show is organized around eight sectors, which together encompass a vast range of artistic mediums, including paintings, sculpture, installations, film and videos, multiples, prints, photography, and live performance.
Projects from established and historical artists are precisely curated by gallerists in the Feature sector. Projects may include solo presentations, juxtapositions, and thematic exhibits from artists representing a wide range of cultures, generations, and artistic approaches.

Tickets to Art Basel can be purchased at the show venue, online or at Basel Tourism Info-pavilions.
Day Ticket: CHF 50
Evening Ticket, after 5 pm: CHF 28
Two-Day Ticket: CHF 85
Permanent Ticket: CHF 120
Reduced Day Ticket for Students/Seniors: CHF 38
Combination Ticket for Art Basel and Design Miami/Basel: CHF 70
Groups of 10 people or more: CHF 38 per person
Accompanied school groups: CHF 28 per person

*Admission is free for children up to 12, when accompanied by a parent. Tickets are valid for the Film sector and entitle the holder to reduced-price admission at several Basel art museums during the show.
