LuminArte Gallery presents: Texas Rugged and Shiny
DALLAS- Texas Rugged and Shiny, is a sequel to last year’s popular exhibition titled “Texas Bold and Abstract,” which featured contemporary creations by Texas based artists. This year, LuminArte will be inviting some “Tex-pats” as well in a vibrant showcase, which opens on September 28th, with a reception from 7-10pm. The Tex-centric exhibition runs through November 2nd; and both the exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.
Artists based throughout Texas including Carol Ordemann, Aralyn McGregor, Cathy Shepherd, Claire Giroux, Michael Pavlovsky, Jose David Cantu, Hadar Sobol, John Milton, John Spriggins, Julia Pappas, Lauren Stout, Toni Martin, Roberta Masciarelli, Nine Francois, Jared Lee, Pat Ramseur, Trent Mann, Doug Land, Kipp Tuers, Melissa Auberty, Paul Guest, Cheryl McClure, Scott Lumley and Charlotte Flowers will be revealing their latest works alongside a few relocated Tex-pats like Keith Puryear, Steve Tripp and Erin Hamilton.
