V22 Volunteer Programme: V22 Collection Show

V22 are offering an Volunteer Programme of 2 days per week from mid May – July with the option to extend (London transport and lunch expenses paid).

V22 is an art organisation, with a shared ownership structure, which specialises in the collection of contemporary art, the production of exhibitions, events and educational initiatives, and the provision of artists’ studios and artisans' workshops.

A key element to the Volunteer Programme will be to assist in the installation and management of its forthcoming exhibition, V22 Collection Show. Presenting new works from the V22 Collection, the show will open on the 1st June in V22’s 50,000 sq ft halls in F Block at the Biscuit Factory, Bermondsey.

Volunteers will gain varied hands-on experience in all aspects of organising, installing and producing an exhibition, events programme and associated projects. In addition, the programme will be tailored to suit the participant’s individual strengths and ambitions, with scope for additional specialisation in areas which may include working alongside the management on research, education, fundraising, marketing, audience development and on planning future projects.
