DESCRIPTION

Explore their time and place and their lasting impact on our world through more than 150 paintings, works on paper, vintage small-press books, and decorative objects by Bell, Fry, Duncan Grant, and Dora Carrington, assembled from collections around the United States. The exhibition catalogue is available at the Museum’s Block in Print gift shop.

A Room of Their Own will be accompanied by a host of programs at the Block Museum, including a Saturday matinee film series, discussions of the works and lives of Bloomsbury members, a Room of One's Own book club, and a performance of the play Vita & Virginia.
