DESCRIPTION

Join us for the opening reception of nationally renowned artist, Lora Fosberg: Everything Looks Perfect From Far Away (Hyndman Gallery) and Andrea Peterson: Rooted (Brincka/Cross and North View Galleries). Everything Looks Perfect From Far Away reflects the dueling forces of our times through the use of sculpture, paintings, prints, and large scale drawings. Sponsored in part by Carol Nasaw – Fine Art Consultant and Linda Warren Projects. Rooted, is an exploration of our region from the roots up. Sponsored in part by the Indiana Arts Commission. The Area Artists Association will hold a reception in the Small NIPSCO Education Studios presenting their newest members: Kevin Gross (Fractal Artist), George Millet (Watercolorist), Laura Marie Panozzo (Sculptor, Painter), and Joan Spohrer (Watercolorist). Chat with the artists and enjoy light bites catered by Shoreline Brewery. Thank you to our exhibition sponsors: WNIT, The News Dispatch, WIMS AM 1420/WHFB AM 1060, and the Indiana Arts Commission.
