DESCRIPTION

A special commemorative exhibition for one of Chicago’s most highly recognized and respected artists, Ed Paschke.  This exhibition will feature rarely seen works by the late artist from the family’s personal collections.

Paschke’s artwork combined his childhood interest in animation and cartoons with Pop art-influenced representational imagery. He was known as one of Chicago’s Imagists artists, which as a group and as individual artists gained local and national attention in the 1970s.
