DESCRIPTION

Using both celestial and Buddhist imagery in her work, Andra Samelson explores the inseparability of the physical and spiritual aspects of the universe. Working with paint, pins, and paper dots, she creates ephermeral constellations in her large-scale wall drawings and paintings. Her floor installations are interactive. Their continuosuly changing reflections offer metaphorical experience of connection with the cosmos. The exhibition will also include Samelson's recent prints and works on paper.
