DESCRIPTION

MCA: Interior Designs: Fundamentals of Interior Product Design: Spaces, Boundaries, and Micro-architectures: Morlen Sinoway: Oct. 30

Tuesday October 30, 2012 6pm

Free for Illinois residents

Designer Morlen Sinoway explores how the Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec use objects to delineate space, challenging conventions of interior layout in this month’s interior design talk as part of the in-gallery conversation series centered on the MCA exhibition Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec: Bivouac. This talk looks at how the Bouroullecs’ designs have the effect of demarcating space in open and flexible ways. Morlen Sinoway was born and raised in Chicago and studied at the School of the Art Institute (1975).
