DESCRIPTION

A Prairie Primer: an exploration of the intersections of art, history and stewardship.

The exhibit is a collaboration between People Made Visible and West Chicago City Museum

This exhibit looks at how prairies form, the diversity of plant and animal life, along with restoration and protection, with a focus on the West Chicago Prairie, one of the finest in the state of Illinois.
