DESCRIPTION

A temporary exhibition that presents a window into the emergence of Santa Fe as a contemporary art center during the 1970s, as seen through a core group of artists whose work was shown at Hillʼs Gallery from 1970 to 1981.

The core group of artists and Vortex rotating exhibitions of Hillʼs Gallery Remix: Then + Now offer not only a portal into a historically momentous time in Santa Feʼs past, but also a rare opportunity to see work by dedicated studio artists who have continued to work at peak levels. Donʼt miss this reincarnation and presentation of the Hillʼs critically important, artist-driven contribution to the establishment of Santa Fe and Mew Mexico as an arts center.
