Ventana Fine Art invites the public to “Land Form,” our first-ever exhibition of fine art photography. Explore the unexpected in new works by Santa Fe photographers Andrew Johnson and Paul Reinwald.  Johnson shoots in medium-format color film using linear dynamism and planar smoothing to record nature’s own abstract expressionist patterns and forms. Filled with life, Johnson’s photography investigates the mystery in nature. Reinwald uses black and white film to bring viewers into the most intimate experience of natural and man made places where form, light, and shadow interact to transform mesmerizing compositions into timeless imagery. Meet both artists at their opening reception on Friday, November 18 from 5 to 7 p.m.  “Land Form” reminds us that we live in a world of hidden beauties, and that photography can be an expressive, inventive, and original window into that world.  “Land Form” runs through December 6.
