Swarm is a contemporary art gallery located in Oakland's Ironworks district. Established in 2006, Swarm Gallery represents emerging and mid-career artists working in a broad range of media. Combined with a Project Space dedicated to new media and installations, Swarm's program strives for high standards of presentation and curatorial integrity. Our rotating exhibition program is complemented by a schedule of receptions, artist talks and other special events. Swarm also regularly participates in international art fairs.
