Established in 1971, the Annex Galleries is a salon style gallery which specializes in 19th and 20th century American, European, Hispanic and Asian Fine Prints, which includes etchings, woodcuts, lithographs and screenprints, all created as original works of art and not reproducing an existing work in another medium. Our focus is broad: American color woodcut, Arts and Crafts prints, WPA prints, Modernist and Abstract Expressionist prints from the 1940s through 1960s, prints created at Atelier 17 in New York and Paris, and California prints and printmakers. Our inventory, assembled over a period of forty years, consists of over 6000 works, most of which are available on our website, which is changed daily.
The gallery is a member of the International Fine Print Dealers Association (IFPDA) and participates in a number of Fine Print Fairs and art fairs throughout the US, as well as organizing special exhibitions in the gallery and on our website.
