Chandra Cerrito Contemporary

Located in downtown Oakland’s arts district, Chandra Cerrito Contemporary presents the work of emerging and mid-career contemporary artists.  The gallery’s mission is to highlight regional and national artists whose work is both innovative and refined.  Exhibitions feature a wide variety of media, from painting, photography and sculpture to video, site-specific installation, social sculpture and performance.  By introducing noteworthy artists prior to their widespread recognition, the gallery offers the opportunity of discovery to seasoned collectors and curators as well as to new art enthusiasts.
