DESCRIPTION

The Museum of Craft and Folk Art is known for a rich offering of focused and unique exhibitions of traditional and contemporary folk art from around the world and for demonstrating how traditional arts, folk art, contemporary craft, and fine art are all part of the same continuum.

After 30 amazing years of serving the Bay Area community (1982-2012) with innovative exhibitions, public programs, and arts education, the Museum of Craft and Folk Art closes its doors.

Thank you to all our supporters: donors, friends, artists, artisans, makers, colleagues, and members.
