> QUICK FACTS
> DESCRIPTION
Eileen P. Goldenberg will be showing her most recent paintings. She uses encaustic, a paint made of beewax, tree resin and pigments, which creates colors that are vibrant and rich. Eileen has developed a system using a matrix of thousands of painted wax dots to begin her work. Many layers of more wax are then applied to create luminous optical depth. The Array series is inspired by nature's way of organizing the world and deals with how we as humans love grids and organization. |
