Southern Exposure invites you to join Mission Voices youth, artists, and community partners for El Grito de la Misión, a final celebration of Mission Voices Summer 2009. The event includes an exhibition of new work, performance art, and food, and is open to the public. Students and teaching artists created work during a six-week summer intensive workshop that explored self-representation and identity in comparison to abstract or ridged representation by looking outside and inside the box.
