Missed Connection: Souvenirs of Brief Encounters

Information culled from missed connections posts on craigslist will be translated by Claudia Tennyson into a series of artworks which seek to embody each encounter.  These ‘souvenirs” will be exhibited alongside the original posts at MicroClimate project space. 

During the public presentation on Sunday, April 12th, Tennyson would like to assist in connecting people.   The reception and performance event will include a series of short skits developed from the missed connections postings. By announcing this event publicly on craigslist, Tennyson is creating the potential for an additional opportunity to connect. The artwork will be gifted as mementos to those who agreed to be interviewed about their missed connection, and who attend the event.
