Artist and Gulf War veteran Ehren Tool creates porcelain cups imprinted with military memorabilia. Tool will fabricate cups on site with his mobile pottery wheel. Using a portable papermaking mill and remnants of military uniforms or civilian clothing, Drew Cameron will instruct participants in creating paper and printing with pulp. Both paper and cups are then imbued with the stories of their creators and carry their experiences into the world. Cameron and Tool will discuss their work processes with visitors. The paper that is created will be available for pick up after a 24-hour drying period, and a limited number of cups will be given to the attending group.
