Frame-Up features works from the past 30 years created by Frederick Franklin for the Iron Triangle Neighborhood in Richmond, California. This show is the artistic documentation of the struggle of a troubled neighborhood to right itself. It is also a tribute to the many residents, service agencies, city and community leaders, and philanthropists’ efforts to support our many successes.
