A moment that lingers in time- The San Francisco Impressions is the result of Matilde Llambí Campbell's two month stay in San Francisco as an artist in residency at CELLspace.

Through a digital lens she has captured the city at night in over 40 images with no further calculation other than what is stimulating to her eyes.

While the photographs bear strong painterly qualities, a selection of paintings displays the alteration of space brought by a city that hardly ever sees a horizon.

The public is invited to post handwritten impressions on living in San Francisco in one of the walls of the gallery.

Guest artist duo Subterranean Mountaintop Seaside will do an audiovisual intervention during the opening.
