This February artist Barry Focha brings his exhibition Bell' Italia to 688 Gallery. Having taken on a whim, a painting workshop Italy in 2004, Focha was inspired to pursue a masters of fine arts degree at the Academy of Art University. Having graduated last fall, Bell' Italia is a body of work which captures the beauty that Focha found in Italy. Having made several trips back to this metropolis, Focha's depicitions share a deep appreciation for the Italian countryside, its artistry, and its people.
