79 Gallery is pleased to announce “Story of the City: Urban Inspired Art”, a group exhibition featuring the paintings of three Academy of Art University students. Gene Guynn presents fine art paintings with urban and outsider art influences. Steve Javial displays richly textured, abstract, mixed media paintings inspired by the graffiti-covered walls of the urban streets of San Francisco. Bradley Wilson shows large-scale oil paintings that combine contemporary realism with abstract design to reflect on the structure of our lives and our surroundings.
