SFMOMA - San Francisco Museum of Modern Art

The San Francisco Art Institute presents a selection of films and videos by current and graduating Master of Fine Arts students. Inspired by the reading “Po: Splitting Apart" from the ancient Chinese text I Ching, the projects explore themes of loss and disintegration, yet together they weave connections through the investigation of altered states, unstable perception, and the lives of characters in transition. Continuing the tradition of experimentation for which SFAI is known, the films offer an exciting introduction to compelling new filmmakers.
