Join us in celebrating the transformative power of art. These artists have discovered the power of the art making process to transform the consciousness of individuals and communities. Through the act of creation, feelings and thoughts of the past find their way to the surface, where they can be transformed. This deep release allows a person or an entire community to regain a part of the wholeness that may have vanished as a result of a challenging life experience.

Adjoining the main gallery, in the WIP Gallery:

Children’s artwork from the Artist in Residency program at Oakland Children’s Hospital. Organized by Hayley Oggel, The Artist in Residence program provides hospitalized children the opportunity to participate in creative learning through artistic expression.
