Artist and Gulf War veteran Ehren Tool creates porcelai n cups imprinted with military memorabilia. Tool will fabricate cups on sit e with his mobile pottery wheel. Using a portable papermaking mill and remn ants of military uniforms or civilian clothing\, Drew Cameron will instruct participants in creating paper and printing with pulp. Both paper and cups are then imbued with the stories of their creators and carry their experie nces into the world. Cameron and Tool will discuss their work processes wit h visitors. The paper that is created will be available for pick up after a 24-hour drying period\, and a limited number of cups will be given to the attending group.
