Karen Seneferu transformed a small room for "Passage" at Krowswork in Oakland (Jan. 29 - March 11).  Carefully-placed handmade sculptures and relics stand on the ground and are arrayed on the partially exposed wooden walls. White drawings made directly on the bare floor seem to be remnants from a ritual. The Crucible Holiday Gifty is an annual affair for my family, we love going every year. I always know I'll find wonderful and unquie gifts for hard to buy for people. I usually do a quick walk through with my husband, circle a few things on the map and send him off to shop for me too. My husband loves watching the demos they do and they have some very amazing performances as well. I would diffinately recommend this event to anyone. [more]
