(Source: Email) The purpose of the SECA Art Award is to provide recognition to innovative and talented Bay Area artists whose work has not been accorded substantial institutional recognition. SFMOMA is pleased to announce the 2012 finalists for its biennial SECA Art Award. Of the 16 artists named today, up to four winners will be announced in December 2012.
