Un concentré de joie de vivre, une explosion de couleurs et un sens inné pour d’admirables compositions. À 24 ans, Sabrina a su puiser son inspiration grâce à d’extraordinaires voyages autour du monde et de fabuleuses expériences au sein des deux plus importants musées du monde (le Louvre à Paris et le musée des Offices de Florence, Italie).
Créatrice du mouvement artistique “Perceptionism”, Sabrina invite les observateurs/spectateurs à “voir en gros plan” des représentations d’objets, qui ont perdu tout intérêt, qu’elle a agrandis et auxquels elle a donné des couleurs éclatantes en faisant ressortir une beauté et un attrait insoupçonnés.
Sabrina décrit son style comme “un réalisme abstrait semblable aux œuvres florales de Georgia O’Keeffe”. Elle représente les formes et couleurs propres à chaque objets afin de redonner vie à des objets “perdus”, “oubliés” et pour montrer que tout a une valeur pour peu qu’on se place sous le même perspective.

Creator of the Perceptionist Art movement, Sabrina encourages viewers to “take a closer look” by depicting discarded objects enlarged and vibrant, illustrating the objects inherent beauty and value.
“I paint in Abstract Realism,” states Sabrina “similar to the floral works by Georgia O’Keeffe. I paint in this manner in order to capture the objects unique form and color to both recycle a discarded object and to convey to the viewer that everything is valuable if seen through the right perspective.”
The "Perceptionist Art" movement reveals through color and form, the universal beauty in and around us and transforms mundane stereotypical views into colorful visions of exquisiteness.
Sabrina’s paintings will be on display at the Espace Cardin from 27-30 of May 2010. The Artists Reception will be from 6 pm until 11 pm on May 27th 2010. Entrance is free of charge.
