Mary Ann Leitch

Major work from the Exploration series of nu-age non representational large canvases created over a 10 year period.  Using  a rainbow of color fields with the movement of dominating orange sticks, cut glass, slight use of metallic flakes, I allow the viewer to explore thru the stimuli of color, design and light reflective objects.   Viewers create their own idea of what they are viewing, and therfore become part of the creative process which is fine art.   With atmospheric effects and use of multi-colors, imagine the journey of Exploration 26.

The large size of the painting and use of slightly pearlized multi-colors with orange shapes in dominance, light use of metallic powders in movement across the center and single green light reflective glass jewel empowers its hanging space with fine art as only an original work can.
