Since 2003, the New Art Center exhibits and promotes the work of emerging and mid-career artists. To meet its goal of introducing new artists, the New Art Center collaborates with galleries and cultural institutions, including a major art center Espace Beaujon, Paris, France.
While focusing on establishing and expanding markets for individual artists, the New Art Center hosts an open forum where artists, art critics and collectors talk about art and exchange ideas. This forum features a series of exclusive lectures by outstanding art professionals, whose credits include The New York Times, Art in America and ARTnews.
The New Art Center occupies the entire fifth floor (3,000 sq.) at 580 Eighth Avenue and 38th Street. Located near Times Square and The New York Times building, it is easily accessible by car, bus or subway.
