Bonni Benrubi Gallery was founded in 1987. After working for 10 years at the photography gallery Daniel Wolf, Ms. Benrubi opened up her own gallery on the Upper East Side of New York City. The gallery specializes in 20th Century American Photography and emerging contemporary photographers.

The vintage stable includes such established masters as Andreas Feininger, Louis Stettner, Lewis Hine and Walker Evans. The contemporary stable includes Abelardo Morell, Massimo Vitali, Simon Norfolk and Matthew Pillsbury.

We have a strong commitment to our artists and have worked with galleries and institutions all over the world to establish their careers. Most of our artists have had extensive museum activity, monographs, critical acclaim and important recognition from the international collecting community.
