Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum

The Guggenheim is a world class institution for contemporary and modern art in all mediums. It is associated with several satellite museums around the world including Bilbao, Spain, the Peggy Guggenheim's collection in Venice and The Guggenheim, Berlin and Las Vegas. The museum originates from the private collection of Solomon R. Guggenheim, an ardent believer in abstract painting.  The museum has a large holding of works from the late nineteenth and twentieth century. It gives gallery talks on a daily basis.
