Mosaic Art SupplyTM is fully owned and operated by artist Joe Moorman in Atlanta, Georgia. We have been in business since the close of 2002, and approximately 65% of our daily orders are from repeat customers. Unlike many Internet retailers, we only sell what we have in stock, and most of our orders ship within 24 hours (except holidays and weekends).
We don't accept phone orders as a rule because we want our customers to be happy and successful, and talking on the phone is no substitute for reading the product descriptions and thinking through your project BEFORE you order.
Also, we handle our customer service via email Why? Do you really want the cost of phone service built into your prices? Do you really want to talk to some minimum-wage receptionist who isn't qualified to fix your problem? Instead, we offer timely emails direct from a member of management. (We are out of the warehouse on weekends and holidays.) We believe that effective customer service is worth more than the appearance of customer service, and all our sales from repeat customers confirm this.
