> DESCRIPTION

HUMBLE BEAUTY: Skid Row Artists is an hour documentary about talented homeless fine arts painters who create beauty in the worst area of Los Angeles, the homeless capital of America. Over a four year period, the film documents the fascinating life stories and remarkable talents of people who are often invisible to most Americans.

Although some of the details of life on Skid Row are gritty and troubling, the experience of the film is an uplifting one that celebrates the triumph of the human spirit and the healing powers of art.
