Bonni Benrubi Gallery is pleased to present "LIVE FROM NEW YORK...", an exhibition devoted to the music scene in New York City from the 1940's until the late 1970's. Included in this show will be portraits of Billie Holiday at Carnegie Hall in the 1940's by William Gottlieb, Igor Stravinsky by Arnold Newman in 1946, John Lennon by Bob Gruen in 1974 and Jimi Hendrix by Linda McCartney in 1968. Additionally, there will be images of such venerated concert halls as the Apollo.
