“For twenty years, The Student Art Festival has helped nurture and encourage young talent on the East End,” says Ruth Appelhof, Guild Hall Executive Director. “This exhibition celebrates the artistic pursuits of young people by exhibiting their work in a museum environment and salutes their teachers who cultivate and inspire the creative process.”
Over 5,000 students from 11 participating public and private and home schools in the Amagansett, East Hampton, Montauk, Wainscott, Southampton, Bridgehampton, Shelter Island, and Sagaponack districts are invited to participate in Guild Hall’s 21st Student Art Festival and The 10th Annual Student Film Project. Aspiring young local artists, from kindergarten through high school, will showcase their talent in Guild Hall’s museum, theater and education center.
