Join us for an evening of Yoga, art, breath and meditation. 
The Art Students League will teach you how to sketch the essence of the asana as the teachers of Reflections Yoga pose. Paula Tursi from Reflections Yoga will bring your attention to the archetype and expression of each movement, allowing you to use sketching as the mediation to draw their image, awakening your deep creative source.
