We know many new yorkers have been out on the hudson a few times through the years, but let's be clear. You have never been to a boat party like this! 

Art For Progress brings its multi-media art and entertainment experience to the New York waterways this summer for a night you'll remember for a life-time. 

On Thursday, August 7th join us after-work on the Star of Palm Beach where AFP will transform the multi-level space into a night of exceptional entertainment. 

If you're into music, we have what you need. Rock, reggae, funk and more. If you want to dance, we have DJ's who will make you shake it! And if you like performance art, you'll want to attend "Summer Grooove Cruise".

Featuring: 

Live Music Performances: Emperor City Motorcade, Encursus, Miz Metro and Thunda Vida (w/ AFP's Barry Komitor). 

DJ Performances: Jimmy Sky, Dennis Sebayan, Rob Paterson, and Doug Gomez 

Dance performances: SHBA Danceworks and Nina Buisson Contemporary Move Dance Company featuring principal dancer Miki Shinagawa. 

Both dance performances are collaborations with SeBiArt: Photographic Evolution

Star of Palm Beach is located at Clarkson Street and Pier 41 on the west side. Boarding will be from 5:30 - 7:00PM. The boat will leave at 7:00PM sharp!
