> DESCRIPTION

Imagine a world where everyone is an inventor, a place where every individual resonating at their highest creative potential. Like the sun, this sculpture show continues to radiate energy indefinitely. The Annual BWAC Outdoor Sculpture Exhibition was conceived in1982. The show was created by artists that make sculpture for the love not money; and for themselves and the public not the institution. Whats the big deal? All great art movements, start out from that grass roots energy. But like everything, things change. The movement dies or it gets picked up by the institution. Surprisingly this show has managed to stay alive, stay real and continues to represent grass roots artists, providing a platform for artists to show their work.

Enjoy a beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline, cool breezes and inventive sculpture
