ArtGate Gallery

         ArtGate Gallery is pleased to announce Drag_On N.Y., a group exhibition featuring the works    of six young South Korean artists: KYURYEE KIM, MINHA PARK, GUK HYUN LEE, INHYE LEE, RHEE HUNE BOK, and DACHAL CHOL. The exhibition will be on display from January 19th through February 1st.

The artists were chosen through a joint effort between art in culture, a reputable art magazine in Korea, and art in ASIA, Asia’s first ever global art magazine. The title of the show connotes their desire to “drag” these young artists onto the New York art scene in the new year, the year of the dragon. The artists’ works explore various media and cross boundaries, putting their diversity and versatility of talents on display. As a a new generation of artists begins to emerge, this group of six will be at the forefront as the faces of a renewed Asian contemporary art scene.
