2011 Luping Zeng’s exhibition of oil panting research – Beijing of China

(Foreword)

 

Luping Zeng’s exhibition of oil research of Beijing is found on the representation an immigrant’s progress, as an experimenter. Linking to his new environments, from his perspective, composition is questioning his connection to the Australian society and cultural understanding. They will also challenge the inevitable collide of cultural morals inherent to him.

 

The investigation of link social matter, Zeng’s oil research’s wishes is to discover the diversity between civilization and communal viewpoints between China and Australia. He likes to produce his oil that let the Chinese cultural perspectives to alter and transformed throughout his experience to Western method and way of new art show.

 

The purpose of his oil research is to observe his experience of immigration to Australia, to investigate the way in which they articulate his new surrounding and identity through produce inventive oil paintings with new philosophy.

 

Zeng’s aim wants to discover the method in which different social cultures embody his art understandings of subjectivity within his new surroundings. It will be produced in life stories. The depiction of new things will be created in a situation of physical progress.

 

Zeng’s contexts of aspects are also pursuing Hockney’s philosophies. A contemporary of the important experience of migrant to Australia tale will be made by conceptive transformed. To report to Zeng’s art career development, and widen the innovative meaning of individual himself beyond often culture, typical of and naturally person’s  wishes.
