The first ever “NYFA Boot Camp Arts Festival” kicks off with one of two exhibits included in the Festival, a show of work by 23 artists curated by NYFA’s David Terry. NYFA executive director Michael Royce speaks briefly about the festival and the program that gave birth to it. Artists:  Raina Accardi, Thelmo Cordones, Margarida Correia, Cui Fei, Sophia Dawson, Stephanie Dworkin, Jonathan Ehrenberg, Juan Hinojosa, Spring Hofeldt, Michelle Jaffe, Jecca, Ged Merino, Brooke Moyse, Sheila Odyssey, Naomi Reis, Barry Rosenthal, Victoria Schatz, Rachel Selekman, Maureen Shea, Jennifer Sullivan, Yasuyo Tanaka, Frank Webster, Injoo Whang. Part of the New York Foundation for the Arts’ “NYFA Boot Camp Arts Festival” (Nov 4 - 20), a showcase of work by 38 visual artists, filmmakers, performers and writers.
