On Saturday, September 25, 40 Brooklyn artists open their studios to the public.The 40 studios on the five floors of the building will display art in virtually every medium, including painting, sculpture, silk screening, cartooning, photograpy and architecture. The Morgan Building may be the largest single art complex in New York, since it houses studios for more than 100 fine artists, including several major award winners as well as artists whose work hangs in MOMA, the Guggenheim, Whitney and Philadelphia museums.
